I spent a beautiful sunny morning with Ashley & Steve last week, photographing their engagement photos. Ashley & I have bonded over a little camera talk, but it was so nice to spend time with the two of them together – watching them interact. Stoked for their September wedding!

My beating heart be still. Kelly & Joe’s wedding was such a dream to photograph. They live in New York, and returned to Cincinnati to say “I do” on Saturday. This was a beautifully intimate affair, with just 12 guests. The Peterloon Estate was the perfect location and fit them in every possible way. Not only was this wedding unique in its small size and spectacular venue, but there were an abundance of tiny personal details incorporated. Kelly’s sister, Ashley, made the tablecloth for their one long reception table as well as stitching personalized (beautiful!) napkins for each guest. The china came from Kelly’s parents home & the glassware was made by a grandparent. Kelly was (in Ashley’s words) a true vision. Absolutely breathtaking, so graceful and (in my words) looked as though she stepped off the set of Downton Abbey.
Joe was such a dapper groom with style for miles. They both have smiles that light up a room. I simply can not say enough about how much I loved playing a small role in their amazing wedding day.

Just a quick note to let everyone know that I will be moving over within the next few weeks & to throw out a giant “thank you” in advance for your patience with me through the move. Packing up and moving a family of 6 isn’t exactly an easy task! I may be a tiny bit slower to respond to emails & calls over the next couple of weeks & greatly appreciate your understanding as I multitask like nobody’s business.
Also, clients who need to mail anything to me – please contact me for my new address if I haven’t already provided you with it.
…I fully intended to post a photo with this blog showing the pile of boxes I have thus far, but I need to get back to packing so just use your imagination
